I apologise that you feel a level of dissatisfaction with our company, it is always something in which we wish to resolve when a customer is left feeling unhappy.
In relation to your feedback I can confirm that the first initial payment once a policy is purchased is always collected with in the first 10 days. This allows us the opportunity to make sure all the details that have supplied to us are correct as well as insuring your policy is fully active.
Following this initial payment all subsequent payments are then collected on the anniversary of your policy start date, after this initial payment we do only collect one payment per month for the remainder of the 12-month policy. This information was provided to you on the policy schedule you received via email after you had purchased your policy online.
