We take the stewardship of clients’ money and the quality of our ongoing support very seriously. You mention your experience with other institutions and the reducing value of your funds over the past ten years but, since joining us three years ago, we would hope you’ve felt well supported. I can see that we have agreed a plan with you, but we would like to understand what you feel is missing and agree what more we can do to help.
