Thanks for the reply. I still have had no email response since the initial order confirmation weeks ago. Has my parcel been dispatched and gone missing or is it still waiting to be processed (which is fine)?

A replacement parcel was sent straight away and the contents are amazing. Apart from the delivery hiccup I have no issues with anything and will buy products again.
