Hi Hermy, I've had a look at your order timeline. It was placed on Thursday the 3rd with tracked 48 postage and confirmed delivered on Monday the 7th. This is the earliest we would expect to see delivery. Tracked 48 takes 2 days from dispatch and we dispatch within 1-3 days. Delivery 3 days earlier on the 4th would have required same day dispatch with next day delivery which we don't currently offer. I'm really sorry that the mailer bag was damaged in transit. As I mentioned in my email, I have flagged this to our Royal mail account manager. Please rest assured that we would have happily replaced your PJs had they suffered any damage.
