After sending in my rating and emailing the Wholesale glass Co to say that I still had not received a reply to my complaint I received a reply and also a telephone call from them. They apologised for the delay and offered a full refund or to send out correct items which I accepted the item arrived the next day and was exactly what I had ordered. So I am now a happy customer.
