Like all deciduous trees, the Wild Apple tree naturally loses its leaves in autumn and will remain dormant until the warmth of our spring sunshine encourages new leaves to unfurl. It is magical to see! We explain this process on our website and in the care guide enclosed with your tree. So we sincerely apologise if this was not your expectation.
We hope your gift brings much joy and fruit for many years to come, however if your sister wishes to return your gift we will be more than happy to send an evergreen replacement or refund the cost of your purchase.
