Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am sorry our delivery options were not clear when you placed your order on Friday afternoon. You chose our free delivery service which takes 2-3 working days to arrive. Although we offer Premium and Express delivery options too. I am sorry you expected your parcel to be delivered on Monday, but I'm really pleased to see your tree gift arrived the following morning.
