I am so sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your tree gift and our service. We replied straightaway to your original enquiry, so I'm very sorry if our response was not clear. I have copied it below for your clarification:Thank you for your message, it's lovely to hear from you. We promise your Rowan tree is healthy and well, as a deciduous tree its leaves are naturally changing colour and dropping at this time of year. Your friends’ tree comes with a care guide enclosed which explains this seasonal change. Their Rowan tree will remain bare all winter, then fresh, new leaves will appear in spring and it is well worth the wait! If they could possibly place it outside, even in the chilliest weather and only water it when the soil is almost dry.The Rowan is the most gorgeous tree and we're confident your gift will flourish for many years. However, if in the months and years to come, there are any concerns at all, please let us know we will be so happy to help. Alternatively, if you wish to return your gift we will process a refund straightaway. I am sorry we are unable to refund the engraved plaque also enclosed with your gift.
It means the world to us that you are delighted with your tree so please let us know if we can help further with this or with anything else, anytime.
Best Wishes,

As this isn’t resolved to my satisfaction I feel I should warn future customers that Present Tree is all about packaging, and once that’s removed there’s very little left.
Sending a tree for someone to plant in their garden as a present seems to be a good thing to do both for the recipient, and also for the environment. The Present Tree made this easy to do online,...
