Gift has not arrived 15 days after order accepted. No response to email or telephone call

The product was very good but the delivery let them down we were not notified when it was coming so it had to be redelivered We have since ordered a similar product and also had a problem with that...

It doesn't say until you pay that the gift will be sent when available it was to be an Xmas present

Ordered a James Bond driving experience voucher worth £70. Ordered on 26/11/2021. Still not received. Emailed customer services and only one reply aiming to resolve my issue but not heard anymore....
