Good afternoon, Thank you for your feedback, this is always greatly appreciated and helpful for us to receive. I do apologise that you have had issues with the packaging and delivery of your previous orders. With regard to our parcels and delivery, if the order exceeds 25kg, the order will be split and would be delivered across more than one parcel. This is stated in our order confirmation emails, however I do agree that this isn't always easy information to find and I will pass this on for evaluation. I appreciate that this is inconvenient and frustrating and so I really am sorry for this. Unfortunately, this is how our couriers operate with their handling weight, to make it safe for their drivers.
