Thank you for letting us know about your delivery problem Gayle. I will make a note that the driver makes sure he gets the correct house! They deliver many different goods (not just ours) and so they wouldn't know that your box contains dog food.
On the mistaken kibble size, you could try soaking it down a little bit so that it becomes slightly bigger - that might help Caron to pick it up a little bit better. Hope that helps!

Again a fantastic service, a super fast delivery and excellent quality of food. Both my dogs love it and with it being 65% meat content I am confident they are fit and healthy.
Fast response via email and samples sent which was great, dog kibbles were perfect for my little dog who can be picky she enjoyed them so placed an order
