Staff were always helpful when I could reach them, but twice the relevant person was not available when I called, and one attempt to e-mail bounced back because the receiving in-box was full. ...
Very good - I am often looking for hampers to send as gifts, and was impressed by the thoughtful combinations of foods and drinks in your products. I would definitely visit your site again.

Excellent service although I found timing of the delivery a little confusing.
