Thanks for leaving us your feedback. We recommend that our hand cream bars are kept somewhere cool and out of direct sunlight to reduce softening or melting. As with all cosmetic products heat is damaging to the formula and our products containing totally natural ingredients also react badly to heat. Once cool again you will be able to enjoy using the product again.

We do recommend that our hand cream bars are kept somewhere cool and out of direct sunlight to reduce softening or melting. As with all cosmetic products heat is damaging to the formula and our products containing totally natural ingredients also suffer in heat.
