Service was excellent. Karen communicated with us first thing in the morning, all details for key collection etc was conveyed to us and arranged parking for us.

I will admit that the Staff did allow for an earlier Check-In, which was very much appreciated. There was little to no communication, however, once we were installed. I have rented before in...

We reduced the welcome packages provided in order to reduce waste but are currently looking into how to bring them back in a more sustainable way, so your feedback will most certainly be taken onboard.
