Thank you for your valued feed back and sorry to hear your tap has not arrived yet. We sent this with the courier on the 12th February which is why you received the tracking advice on this day so it should have arrived by now.
We are calling you now and also on the phone to the courier to find out why it has not been delivered to you yet. We will do everything we can to get your tap to you ASAP.

This has never happened before and we are investigating it with Australia Post to see why they sent it back.
We are calling you now to tell you we are sending your wall shower out again today so you will receive it tomorrow.

As it turned out the problem was with the freight and the team at Bluespace could not have been more helpful and informative in ensuring the product reached me in a timely manner. Thank you for your feed back and sorry to hear the packaging was damaged, this is definitely not how we want our products to arrive to our customers. The packaging is designed to protect the tap so we are really glad there was no damage to the item.

Have ordered a few things now and very happy with customer service. Great communication. I had a bath that I had to delay delivery of and customer service were very helpful.
