Thank you for your feedback. I would advise you to keep persisting with the natural products, as these do take time to work. The granules/ spray could take up to 28 days to discomfort the moles enough to fully evacuate them (I can see the order was processed on the 18th May). When using this diffuser outside, we would advise to position it in a sheltered and non windy location, as wind elements are likely to make the diffuser ineffective, as the scent of the citronella will be weakened. For best results, we would advise you position this indoors, away from open windows and doorways. Here it will work much effectively. If you are after a more effective outdoor citronella product, I would advise you look into our STV420 citronella incense burner.
