Ordered over the phone. THe phone line wesn't that good but things went smoothly enough Items arrived next day Your traps do work - but never quickly enough. I'd love to see 100% catch rate!!

There is no real help with the package or on the web for new users. What's needed is a YouTube video for the particular model showing EXACTLY how to open and set the trap. Where to put bait and...
