We're sorry to hear about the difficulties you're experiencing. Your feedback is valuable, and we appreciate you taking the time to share it. It's important that the learning process is smooth and effective for everyone. We would like to think if others are experiencing issues or frustrations with their studies that they have called or emailed in to speak with the team directly, so we can work together to resolve them and get learning back on track. We appreciate dealing with the DVSA at times can be frustrating but we would like to think the experience we have had with the historic dealing would make things easier, but we do appreciate this can be challenging. Again, thank you for your feedback, and we hope the issues can be resolved quickly so you can continue your learning journey without further frustration. The Driving School Academy.
