Hi Ben, thanks for your mostly positive review - we're glad to have you as part of the TentBox Community. Delivery has historically been quite a challenge for us as our products are so big and bulky. We are now using a really fantastic 2-person delivery service that use smaller vans, so they can access residential addresses more easily. They'll also carry the TentBox to any room in your house up a maximum of 2 flights of stairs. Sorry this service wasn't in place sooner!

We apologise that we sent you a black TentBox Lite instead of an orange one. Although we have systems in place to avoid this happening, it does frustratingly happen from time to time. We're glad you liked the black colour in the end though and decided to stick with it. Thanks for representing TentBox out in Italy! 😃
