Hello Lena, Thanks for your feedback, and we're sad to hear you're not happy with your TentBox Lite. Regarding the weight and installation process, we have to disagree here I'm afraid. We do think our website clearly lists the weight and other information, and clearly shows how it attaches to the crossbars. That being said, we have taken your feedback on board and will look to see how we could make this even clearer in the future. Regarding the water ingress issue, this definitely doesn't sound normal! We're very happy to look into this for you to see if there is an issue with your TentBox Lite, as it is still well within your warranty period!
