Thank you for coming back to us with your feedback. We do take into account each one of our customer's experiences in order to improve our future services.
We are terribly sorry to realise that you had such an unpleasant experience before and during one of our transfers. We completely understand how disappointing this may have been for you, especially when having already booked for a peace fo mind in order to avoid this kind of situations.
Please be well aware that we have already taken serious action with the driver from your transfer. We have opened a discussion with them and they informed us that their car broke down when heading to the airport, therefore they had to arrange another alternative which made them get delayed and the new driver was not fully aware of the drop off location. Although they did try to arrange a new option for your transfer, we consider that one of our main values, which is punctuality, was not provided in this transfer. Also, we want to make sure that none of our clients feels unsafe in any of our transfers.
As a result, we have refunded you 15 % of your reservation. We have also sent you a discount code which you will be able to redeem on the upcoming reservation you may book with us. We would be more than happy if you could give us a second chance to prove to you how our real hassle-free service is.
Please accept our most sincere apologies for this whole inconvenience.

Driver never turned up. Explanation only given when I called. Refunded.
Driver didn't call to say he couldn't make it due to a flat tire. Notify customers in future, don't make them call you.

We are terribly sorry to see that you experienced such a hassle in one of our transfers. We completely understand how inconvenient this may have been for you, especially when having the risk to miss a flight.
Since this is not the type of service we want to offer to our customers, I have noticed that one of our agents already refunded you the whole amount of this reservation. However, I do understand how frustrating it had been for you getting a notification about this issue in such short notice.
Please note that we always want to make sure that all of our transfers go smoothly, however, in some rare occasions it is out of our control what is happening on the driver's way. This is why, in your situation unfortunately, we first had to contact them to clarify you what was going on.We completely agree that this communication should have been done the other way around, so the driver should be the one contacting you first. Please be well aware that we have already taken serious actions with them so this will never repeat in the future.
