Dear Robert, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We really appreciate when our customers share their reviews so we can learn from it and improve our future services. We are truly sorry to see that experienced such confusion before at the beginning of your transfer. We completely understand how frustrating and inconvenient this may have been for you, especially when having the risk to miss a flight.Please note, that we have already checked the issue you experienced with your driver. They have informed us that they were running late since they were trying to reach you from another closer address. This is because the pickup address was a pedestrian area where they could not access. However, they have confirmed us that finally, they could reach you. Having said this, we do consider that they should have contacted you earlier regarding this setback so they could have avoided this confusing situation. Our apologies for this inconvenience. Regarding the different car or driver provided, please note that in some rare occasions due to partner's availability, some details may not match with the one promised on the voucher. Once the partner accepts the reservation they do it with their "default driver & default car", however, they have several different drivers or vehicles which may not be shown on the voucher since they had to re-scheduled for your transfer with very short notice. We are happy to hear that the driver from your transfer was nice to you and that eventually, you had a pleasant ride. However, we would like to apologise once again for any inconvenience caused. Therefore, we have sent you a discount code as a gesture of an apology.
