We are really sorry to realise that you experienced such a hassle in one of our transfers. We truly understand how inconvenient and confusing this may have been for you, especially when having just arrived in a foreign country.
Since we wanted to make sure what exactly went wrong in this reservation, we have also checked with the driver what happened. They have informed us that the car which was provided was a Mercedes V Class which has an electric trunk, this means that it could only open and close when the driver activated from within the car. Maybe there was some miscommunication with the driver at the moment of the pickup since this issue should have been solving easily with a clear clarification from them. Our apologies for this inconvenience.
Regarding the type of care provided, we would like to apologise if this caused you any inconvenience. We always inform our costumers that sometimes the type of car and the driver may vary from the ones in the voucher depending on driver's availability (sometimes due to previous transfer delays or unexpected emergencies so our local partner needs to re-arrange their alternatives).
Please accept our most sincere apologies for this inconvenience once again. As a gesture of an apology, we have also sent you a discount code, which you will be able to redeem on the next reservation you may book with us. We would really appreciate if you could please give us a second chance to prove to you how our real hassle-free service is.
