We are really sorry for your bad experience with one of our services. We completely understand how stressful this was for you, especially when you had the risk to miss a flight. Of course, this is not the type of service we want to offer to our customers.
We are already well aware of how important punctuality is when it comes to airport transfers. However, in some rare occasions due to uncontrollable and unexpected issues on the road, some of our drivers may be delayed and we will always try to find a solution as soon as possible. In these occasions, the driver should always be the first one contacting the client so they are always updated of the current situation. Since in your reservation this is not how it happened, we can assure you we have already taken serious action with the driver.
Having said this, we would like to apologise for the late pickup you had from us. This is why, as a gesture of an apology we have sent you a discount code which you will be able to redeem on the next reservation you may book with us. We are extremely sorry to realise that you had to wait so long for your driver. We are truly aware of how inconvenient a late pick up is, especially when travelling with a baby.
As the driver may have already explained to you, in some rare occasions we are unable to fix whatever it is going on on the road: traffic jams, previously delayed pickups, accidents, etc. We always try to keep the client updated of these delays in order to make sure to cause less stress possible; since we are already well aware of how hectic travelling can get sometimes.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused and also for the fact that our compensation did not work properly. Therefore, I have sent you a new discount code which you will be able to redeem on the next reservation you may book with us.
