Service could be improved by delivering to the requested shipping address instead of the billing address. Suggesting the postcode quoted didn’t exist was a poor excuse for your mistake

The postcode provided for the shipping address was not recognised by either of our couriers. We asked if this was correct and you stated it was, but the only option we had was to send the order to the billing address. We sent you screenshots of the postcode not being recognised on the courier system as evidence of the postcode not working.

Really sorry that two of the items you ordered were out of stock please accept our apologies on this. Automatic texts are sent to customers when the shipping label is printed to state your order is leaving. Unfortunately due to no fault of our own DPD couldn't fit all the orders on the van. Your order was picked up the next morning.
Very impressed. Ordered two Yankee candle wax melt warmers, lots of care had been taken to package them very well as they are fragile. Arrived promptly. All round great service! And lovely gifts!
Waited over a week to hear about the order ( not 3-5 days) then got told it would be delivered on a certain day, so called to ask for ruff eta as hadn’t heard nothing to be then told it was actually...
