Product and service was and is really good.. what tarnished the process was postage costs! The product I purchased was just 10p shy of your free shipping policy, I would rather pay an extra 10p than...

Hi there. Thank you for taking the time to write a review. So sorry that we have been given a 3* review due to the £2.50 charge. As a small business, we have set free delivery on orders over £20, we simply can't make the numbers work under this level. Your order was £14.95 before post, quite a bit shy of the £20. We hope it was clear, before you purchased that the postage charge would be applied, if this was unacceptable we appreciate some would choose not to purchase. Unfortunately, the £2.50 does not cover the full cost from the Royal Mail for a parcel so this is more of a contribution to the postage cost. We hope you enjoy your 2026 diary and it serves you well.
