I thought the application was very easy to use. Possibly the best application I have used yet. I would have given 5 stars but I never do.

Will my electric meter stay the same and also the key I have for my gas?
I received an almost instant phone call after completing their form 😳
I would prefer a very detailed email, have it all written down in Black and white to read as and when.

Simple and straight forward
