had a problem with the pump took over 7 days before agreeing to send me a replacement part this should have been replaced sooner as the pump was faulty

Product arrived quickly, well packed with no problems
When you keep sensitive corals and fish waiting for a faulty product to be sent to the manufacturer and confirmed faulty before it is replaced is unacceptable. Buying locally may cost a little more...
