Mice arrived defrosted. 2 packs bought. Arrived with only 1 small empty ice oack. Emailed to query with attached photo, and had no response.

I have not even received them and its been about 3 weeks now since I bought them do not buy

Items not received. Contacted customer service, a replacement was to be sent out still not despatched, no contact or explanation for delay. I will not be using them again for live goods.

When hatched we only had a maximum of ten flies very disappointed!!!! Had to purchase from elsewhere

came in wrong size, claimed refund but lowkey such a ******** 😭 so much for "xl" size

First one I have used of these, easy to set up, looks tidy and does the job perfectly
