I was sold an upgrade of sea view/ "superior room" , no such thing existed at the resort ! Complete waste of money, hotel knew nothing about this . Be very wary of any upgrades etc with this organisat

As a family it had a big pool and the child pool and it was a 5min walk too get your breakfast lunch and dinner the apartments where lovely and kept clean
