Hopefully you will have received an email from me recently with the instruction manual which is also available to download for free from our web page. The 12 week physiotherapy plan is a plan that you sign up for via email and you receive an email each week from us with the week's exercise regime. I do apologise if this wasn't perhaps clear.
I do hope you have had a chance to look at the instruction manual for using the cones, your Doctor may also be able to give you advice for using these as they are available by prescription also.
