Postage service was send as economy when it should have been express. The team didn't seem bothered about the mistake. Disappointing service for such an expensive item.

We provide a special delivery service with all high value orders and on this particular occasion the high value order was sent recorded delivery. This was a genuine mistake as we pride ourselves on our service and will endeavour to make improvement in the future.
