Wide and established range of tools, mostly excellent value for the money. Widely available and it's easy to register warranties for larger Stanley items online.

I always find Stanley meets all my needs. Easy on line access to all my registered tools and warranties.

Excellent customer service and support

Prompt dispatch and delivery and good communication from Stanley and the courier.

Though the product and case are good build quality the charging unit does not function correctly. I'm sure this is a manufacturing error, but very inconvenient all the same.

Everything works as expected so far. I've only had the drill a month so I can't say yet how good it is in the long term.
