Thank you for your feedback. We are happy to hear that when you had problems on the site our staff were really good and went through the application with you and processed it for you. It is great to hear that you were also sent a copy of your documents to both your home and work emails to ensure they arrived safely.
Purchasing was very easy and the price was very competitive. Have used them several times now. Have not had to make a claim so far so unable to comment on this aspect of their service.
