Hi Adele, We're sorry to hear you're disappointed with your order. After receiving your message, we reviewed the order details and provided a screenshot showing that the item purchased was our "Football Sports Style Water Bottle", which includes the football design shown on the product page. The bottle supplied matched both the product ordered and the personalisation entered at checkout. We appreciate that this may not have been the design you intended to purchase, but unfortunately we are unable to replace personalised items free of charge when they have been produced as ordered. We always aim to be helpful and transparent with our customers, and we're sorry that on this occasion you were unhappy with our response. Kind regards, Ben
