You have advised that you feel the interest rates are high, the interest rate on your agreement is based on your situation at the time you apply for your credit. Before you agree to the agreement, we provide a pre contract document for you to read. The document will show the balance financed and the amount of interest you will be paying back if you are to pay for the full term of the loan. We can provide a settlement figure at any time within you agreement and this will include a rebate of interest meaning if you are able to settle early you will not pay the full amount of interest. Due to the current pandemic we have been able to offer payment deferrals on accounts where the customers have been affected by Covid 19.
