Staff always friendly, helpful and efficient. A pleasure to talk with them. One star off perfection only because the phone was often not answered and messages needed to be left.

Great news that the purchase went well, I will pass your comments onto Joanna. Our whole ethos is to supply a first class service in all areas, so we are very sorry that you have been disappointed with the lettings side to date. I have asked our Lettings Manager Aaron Stannard to give you a call directly to see if we can get things back on a first class track.
