Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback. I will follow up with you individually to run through some of the points you have raised. Certainly regarding the hardware issues, i have just had sign off for bigger screens in our training room and I will review the machine performance as to why the systems struggled. What you have suggested is certainly something we are considering- it is always difficult to judge skill sets before attending, but I do agree that we have some quite experienced users on this course that attend to brush up their knowledge and naturally take the content very quickly.
