Excellent and prompt customer service. With the policy build window you can tailor your cover to suit your individual needs.

Clear to assess what activities were included in different levels of cover

This policy gave me a lot of cover that some providers could not give me. Lots of activities are covered.

Easy to navigate

Very easy to see the structure.

Quick to get a quote and clear what the cover is. Much more straightforward than competitor insurance sites for adventurous activities. Fair price and easy to tailor cover and excess amount.

Straightforward and easy to use.

The process was made easy considering i needed to purchase extreme adventure insurance.

Policy renewal was very easy as no changes needed to be made from last years policy
