Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback.
All of the information provided on our website and booking confirmations is supplied by the car parking companies themselves and I will therefore pass your comments across to them.
We include a link to Google maps on our booking confirmations as this is regularly updated, we also send the full address and a set of directions along with the arrival and departure procedures.
Drop off points at the airport may change however ourselves/the car park would be able to confirm this for you if needed prior to travel.
Our Customer Service Team are able to assist you if you require any further information that isn't supplied for your future bookings.
