I'm sorry to hear that you were unhappy with how the date change was handled.
I have had a look into your booking and can see that you processed your booking via our website on 17 April at 22:33 for 1 days parking commencing on the 17 June at a total cost of £20.00, with a £5.00 discount from ourselves.
You submitted an amendment request using your online account to change the dates to arriving on 14 June and collecting the vehicle on the 17 June.
Our Customer Service Team contacted you via telephone to complete the amendment and you were charged an additional £10.40 for the extra 3 days parking which is paid directly to the car park and a £5.00 administration fee to cover our costs as you didn't take out the cancellation cover at the time of booking.
The payment amount was confirmed prior to the amendment being made and a payment was taken from the card details you provided over the telephone.
I can see that you received a discount from SkyParkSecure.com on the new booking of £7.60 using our Facebook promotion code.
