The car park that you had booked closed their park and ride service and gave all customers a complimentary upgrade to their meet and greet service.
The car park advised us that they were going to contact all customers that had booked trough ourselves and we are sorry that this has not happened on this occasion.
I can see that you contact our customer services team on 28th August and we provided all of the details required for you to use the meet and greet service.
