Worst ski holiday in 20 years.

Poor service. Badly organised transport. Chalet staff inadequately trained and more interested in their skiing/apreski than their customers. Food substandard/poorly cooked.

Excellent service - quick and easy to use. The website is easy to navigate around. Adjusting the booking is straightforward. All in all a smooth, efficient service.
