Thank you for your feedback. I am pleased to hear you are satisfied with the service we provide, but I am confused with the comments on interest rates. From our records I can only see only one rate reduction, a year after you opened your account, certainly not continual decreases within a short time of account opening. As savings rates have declined Skipton has had to adjust rates accordingly, but we endeavour to offer good value rates in comparison to our peers.
