Thanks for your feedback, we’re glad you found the support and teaching helpful. Based on learner input like yours, we’ve recently updated our delivery model to include more hands-on practical sessions during sessions in centre. We’ve also improved our Mock EPA by involving an assessor who hasn’t taught the learner before, to better replicate the real EPA experience. These changes are all part of our ongoing commitment to delivering an outstanding learner journey.
