The rug was made and delivered quickly. The service was excellent.
I received an order acknowledgement and was kept informed via separate email of the order status and despatch update. The order arrived promptly and sooner than I expected it to.
the reason I have rated you poor is because it took 4 weeks from ordering to receiving the product
