Hi, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review! I'm sorry to hear that you've been disappointed by the size of our Advent Calendar. The calendar itself is actually the biggest we ever produced. Any bigger in size and we think it would be impractical for people to store. It contains 24 unique beers, a free tasting glass (for the first time ever!), and even a bonus surprise behind door 25 - again, a new addition for this year. Looking at the value of the beer itself, that comes to over £90 alone. The Glass has a retail value of £5 and we won't spoil the bonus surprise but we certainly feel like that adds good value! Despite ever increasing production and packaging costs, we have locked the price in for the fifth year running. As for your email, it looks like we replied to you on the 18th November so it's possible that this was missed, or fell into a spam/junk folder? We hope you understand that it wasn't possible to swap the glass for another beer as all calendars are pre-packed (it's a team wide week long effort!) and the glass is in a space designed only for a glass. But... it's a lovely glass! If there's anything we can do to help you further on this order, please feel free to drop back into the email chain and so we can find a good resolution for you as we want to make sure everyone is happy.
