I am very sorry to hear of the issues you have experienced with your most recent delivery. We do rely on our third party couriers to deliver our parcels in a safe and timely manner and I am sorry this did not happen on this occasion.
Please be assured a delivery complaint has been logged with the courier and internally for consideration when we are looking to renewal our contract. Unfortunately, the delivery photo is slightly blurred resulting us being unable to have a clear indication on the extent of the damage to your parcel, if you do have any images to support the claim we have logged please do not hesitate to contact us directly.

Looking at your account I can see that you have been in touch with our Customer Service team regarding this and a full refund was submitted back to the original payment method on the 20th April due to the tracking unfortunately not updating. Depending on your issuing bank, this can take up to 5 working days to be fully accessible.
We do rely on our third party couriers to deliver our parcels in a safe and timely manner and I am sorry this has not happened on this occasion.
