Satisfied with explanation before purchase, friendly staff member.
Everything was explained to me before purchase. I'm sure when that day comes, hopefully not for a long time it will be as it says Simplicity.

Steve Sell Newton Abbot excellent, phone lady fantastic
Understanding, sensitive, allowing mum to be in her own cotton clothes. Steve Sell sorted things very efficiently and very calm and kindly spoken at a terrible time.

LizL 就 Simplicity Cremations 说了什么:
Excellent staff and an empathetic service.
Apart from a technical hitch with their phone system initially, the service was very good. The excellent ladies in the main HQ (in Manchester?) have a genuinely empathetic manner and were so helpful.
