Simplicity made a very difficult time, easier. My dad was insistent that he did not want a funeral as such. He opted for a direct cremation without mourners. So this service was perfect for him!

Definitely five star service compassionately handled.
Everything. From the first contact everything was handled excellently, explained well and always able to confidently ask questions or seek information. Staff were superb at all times.

Horrified and very upset
It is utterly disgusting and horrible to be contacted by feefo to rate Simplicity before I even have my mother's ashes returned. Horrified and very upset.
